• 年饼专车私人运输：RM30

• 最低 5 罐起订，数量不限

• 适用于所有款式年饼，包括易碎年饼（包含小老板独家礼盒）

• ⚠️极薄饼干在运输过程中仍可能出现轻微碎裂，完美主义者请谨慎下单

📦包装与保障说明

• 普通运输：所有商品皆采用厚实防护包装

• 私人运输：轻拿轻放，并提供运输保险

• 若年饼碎裂超过 50%，我们将全权负责

• 需于签收后 24 小时内反馈，逾时恕不受理

1️⃣Standard Delivery (All West Malaysia)

• Shipping fee: RM8 for the first 1kg

• Additional weight: RM2 per additional 1kg (automatically calculated by system)

2️⃣Private Delivery – Selected Areas in West Malaysia (Excluding Remote Areas)

• Private CNY cookies delivery service: RM30

• Minimum order: 5 bottles, no maximum limit

• Applicable to all CNY cookie types, including fragile items (Includes Xiao Lao Ban exclusive gift box)

• ⚠️Very thin cookies may still experience minor breakage during transit. Perfectionists are advised to place orders with caution.

📦Packaging & Protection Policy

• Standard Delivery: All items are securely packed with protective materials

• Private Delivery: Careful handling with added insurance coverage

• If breakage exceeds 50%, we will take full responsibility

• Claims must be made within 24 hours upon receipt of the order; late claims will not be accepted
